Leslie Cimadevilla, Esquire is the Principal and Managing Title Attorney of Worldwide Title, Escrow & Closing Services, LLC. A South Florida bilingual native, her principal office is conveniently located in Davie in the heart of South Florida. However, Worldwide Title handles both residential and commercial closings from Monroe County through the Panhandle via live remote notaries or remote online notaries.

She graduated from St. Thomas University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a specialization in Latin American Affairs,

as well as a Minor in Communication Arts in 1996 while workingfulltime for a large developer. After spending some time at the United States Department of State as Consular Officer for Child Services after receiving her Bachelor Degree, she moved from Washington D.C. back to her native State of Florida where she received her Juris Doctorate from Barry University School of Law where she excelled and received extensive recognition, including The Florida Association of Trial Lawyers Student Award and the Tonya Young Scholarship for Best Writing and Oralist skills. Ms.

Cimadevilla also interned for the Honorable Jose Rodriguez 17th Circuit and was responsible for developing the Truancy Pilot, was President of the Hispanic Association of Law Students, and actively participated in achieving national recognition for the law school while clerking for one of the most prestigious firms in Orlando.

When Ms. Cimadevilla returned to her native South Florida after graduation, she was a founding member of the prestigious Coral Gables Title, LLC outfit until the real estate market crash. Ms. Cimadevilla thereafter entered the world of foreclosure and has zealously represented thousands of investors, servicers, financial institutions and private lenders throughout Florida in residential and commercial foreclosures since 2007. This experience now assists her in navigating through complex closings with foreclosure proceedings and said knowledge now assists her in negotiating and closing short sales in her title company as well. She handles all aspects of residential and commercial real estate closings, title examinations, escrow services, transactional negotiations, and mediates contract disputes. She also handles foreign investors, works with 1031 agents and handles simultaneous transactions and complex structures.

Ms. Cimadevilla is a licensed member of the Florida Bar and was admitted to practice in 2003. She underwrites title through WFG and is a member of the Broward County Bar Association and Plantation Chamber of Commerce.
